Single Page Web App Survey Prototype

Create a single page application that answers a set a questions. The questions are in the form of a decision tree. Each question has a pre-determined set of answers. Each corresponding answer then leads the user to a set of follow up questions and so on. In total, the total prototype will contain <50 questions, and all questions/answers are already mapped out. My team wants this prototype to be designed on a single page web app. React preferred, but any JS you feel comfortable to get the job done will be great.
