Small plugin for PlanetaryJS

Need a simple plugin for [login to view URL] (which uses d3.js) to extend the functionality. The provided example already creates a globe and can place a ping at the given lat/long coordinates and we need.... Main requirements - Also place a text label at the supplied lat/long coordinates (next to the ping) - Smoothly scrolls the globe to the position (not jump, smooth rotation) - Has the country names on the globe (country data file supplied) More information - Use the starting code given - Make the globe scroll to position, where a lat/long is supplied as an argument - Zoom the globe zoom on the given lat/long - Place a ping at the lat/long (the example code does this already) - Display a label with the lat/long and nearest country name - If they drag the globe, start the rotation again (like the example) Please only bid if you have experience with PlanetaryJS and d3.js
