optimize joomla website for Adsense (read brief carefully)

Please read carefully Looking for an Expert in Google Adsense and joomla who can optimise a joomla 2.5 website that will be generating on an average income $25 - $30 per day. Website already has Adsense on it. Need to optimise placement of Ads, colour etc to work with template on PC and mobile. website is 6 months old. I have just hired another freelancer to do SEO for this site. but you will need to do what you have to do, to get the $25 per day target minimum. This is a Real estate classified website. Adsense and have just been randomly placed on the site. With proper Ad placement and using all allowed Ad units per page should increase the ctr and get to $10 per day fairly easily. So a little work to hit $30 per day. Earnings must be sustainable for the long term. Kindly note that no payments/ milestones/ escrows will NOT be released till the completion of the project. Please don’t bid if you want money before the start up or during the project. Requirements: 1. Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. NO Black Hat techniques. 2. Developer MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. Webmaster guidelines 3. The Website for Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. 4. No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, 5. Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website. 6. No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules 7. The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $25-$30 per day on an average. 8. The site must be optimised in 2 months at the max. Terms & Conditions: I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER: 1. I see a constant income of $25-$30/day on an average for a month. This means that site should be generating $700- $840 P.M. 2. All terms & requirements have been met successfully. 3. If my account blocked by google then we never release your payment. Please only reply if you have prior experience in such website, as 100% of the payment will be released ONLY once i receive the check from Google.
