Clone in Joomla Required

Dear Bidders, I am looking for a customization that will end up as a clone of Business Wire [login to view URL] in JOOMLA. Deliverables will include: 1- Enhanced Registration Module 2- Customized News Submission Module 3- Mass Mail 4- Advance News Display Registration Module User will enter following details to register. * are mandatory *First Name *Last Name *Company *Position *Address *Country(Drop Down) *Phone *Fax *Email (no free email address should be allowed) *Password -POBOX -Mobile Once Submitted, the account will be inactive and system will generate an automated verification email which contains the link for verification. Once verified, an another email with user name (email) & password will go and account will be activated. These details needs to be saved in DB with option of EDIT/DELETE. News Submission Module STEP 1 User will login to the system, and will submit the News. In addition to the content, user should be able to upload: - Logo - Video - Pictures [more than 1] all above things should be OPTIONAL to upload and hence news can be submitted without all these details. Once submitted, it will go to STEP 2 STEP 2 In Step 2, user need to select a region. There are 7 regions with a check box on left hand side and have sub-lists of either countries or state. A proper interface design be provided in a form of an image STEP 3 On completion of STEP 2, User will be asked to submit following contact details: * Name * Phone Both are mandatory. At all steps data should be saved so an Administrator can contact back the user and get the details before publishing. Please note, a news will not be published before the approval of an administrator. Mass Mail An Administrator should be able to send any news to 'N' number of people grouped together. System should send an email as Personalized email, that is, should contain name of receiver in email. Also, a report with status should be saved in db with option to go to administrator.
