Bi-Lingual Experienced Cold Caller - Lead Generator

Role Responsibilities: · Looking for a cold caller who is aggressive on the phones, a fast starter self motivated with a positive attitude to generate leads · Contact homeowners over the phone while quickly building rapport and trust. · Manage lead information and calling activities on company database. · Evaluate a property based on data obtained online, via the phone, including sales value and the cost of rehabbing the home (we will teach this to someone new to the industry) · Build rapport with the sellers, overcome objections and successfully generate seller leads · Manage call back follow-up and relationship-building in the pipeline while prioritizing “hot” seller leads · Must be able to follow company's phone script · Be motivated and have a positive attitude Qualifications: · 2+ years of cold calling lead generation experience · Confidence in your ability to generate leads · Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities in general · Fast-starter · Self-Directed (once you are established, we are not micro-managers) ·· Looking to win by providing true value to clients A Must Qualification: Spanish-English Bilingual
