if you are into bulk emailing and spending a good amoint of money on SMTP, i would recommend you to develop your own email server with postfix. I have developed many email servers and have 2 years of experience dealing with almost every problem related to email servers. I would develop you a platform with own smtp( so you dont have to pay for it) and the interface would be very similar to mailchimp. Let me know what you think about the proposal.
