Single colour bold Caricature/Cartoonised in illustrator

Hello there, We have a number of customers that require photo's be cartoonized, or caricatured for us to make into T-Shirts for them. So, we are looking for someone who can do this, and supply them in illustrator format for us to then make our screens out of. Ideally, the winning candidate will provide a sample of their work. We would be looking at about $10 per design, but perhaps more, depending on the work involved. Attached:- File1 - Example of what we mean by caricature, or cartoonise. File2 - The first job we have. These two people need cartoonising in single colour, and put into illustrator format with the words "Phil & Nokk" above the image, and "10-10-10" below the image. We need this done pretty quickly if possible (For the first one), Then we should hopefully have more work coming within a week if we can find a good person to do the work for us.
