Illustrated logo design

I need an original product logo (image and text) designed for a web site. The logo will be illustrated in color (not photo-realistic). Stylistically, the logo should be clear, have good use of shading, and display well at typical web sizes. A simplified version of the logo must also be created as a "[login to view URL]" for display in the browser's address bar. The product relates to spam filtering. Full details, including the product name (a 9 letter word), and product information, will be given to the successful bidder upon awarding the bid. Due to privacy, I will not reveal any details to anyone other than the successful bidder. Please do not ask. You may not use any clip-art from any source, regardless of license or modifications. The artwork must be completely original per the "work made for hire" requirement in the deliverables section. The logo must be illustrated in vector form only (no raster components), which means it is fully scalable to infinite size with no pixelation. **All bidders, please include a portfolio of your logo work. I am specifically interested in seeing examples of your work in illustrated company or product logos with good use of shading.** ## Deliverables 1. I ask for at least three completely unique logo concepts within the first 3 days. Completely unique means that color, illustration, font, and overall style must be clearly different. You may attach these as medium resolution PNG or JPG images. I will review your concepts and provide detailed feedback and ask you to come up with a 4th logo based solely on my comments. If you are able to follow my comments exactly, I will accept the work. Otherwise, I will ask for additional revision until your work matches my comments. I will be very specific at this final stage, so as long as you carefully heed all of my comments, we can conclude the project quickly. 2. The full logo in Adobe Illustrator format. It is OK to convert fonts to outlines if the fonts can not be included due to licensing restrictions. 3. A simplified, clear version of the logo without text in [login to view URL] format (16x16 pixels), suitable for displaying in a browser's address bar. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Concepts in medium resolution PNG format. Final artwork: Adobe Illustrator CS3 or older High resolution (1200px width) PNG with transparency (alpha) blending, for light and dark backgrounds (one file or separate exports for light and dark, if changes are required).
