Here are the job qualifications we are looking for: * You have managed PPC campaigns before & are able to get the monthly budget down & raise the ROI. * You know how to determine which keywords are making sales & which ones are't. * You know how to compile reports based on stats data & explain it in a user friendly manner. * You have SEOed web pages before & increased organic placement. * You are able to research other marketing opportunities & determine if they are worth investing in. * If you know how to run an affiliate program that is a bonus, but not necessary.
