Lead Magnet - open to bidding

I need help with Real Estate Investors (houses flippers and wholesalers) t0 attending a seminar. Big names like armando montelongo, than merril, are doing the same thing. They hold one day live events. Our company mentors students to wholesale properties and flip them for a profit. We are the only ones to go out into the field and teach students what we do, not just give a book or video and hope they learn. I was able to use a landing page to funnel people in, but I really need more help with email marketing, some people do not show up, want to be able to created followup emails so they can attend the next one. I've been okay with facebook ads, but not successful, conversion is horrible. I am able to get people to respond to craigslist ads and then forward them a link to RSVP to the landing page. In addition, if you do well, we need more video content more ideas, more work. I'm not sure exactly where we can get started.
