Make an mt4 indicator with popup and sound

A prototype code for your requirement is already coded by me, You can input RSI period, trigger levels and Bolinger Band period. A pop up alert with sound is displayed when conditions are met. And I have done it in such a way that repetitive alerts on a single bar is not allowed, You get alert when the developing bar triggers an alert for the first time only.
