I have a project that requires Microsoft Power Automate expertise." I aim to establish a link between a SharePoint list and a pre-existing Microsoft Form that collects the following data.
Using a Power Automate flow, the data captured from the form, including all fields and fields for Staff rate, Equipment rate, and markup rate, should be automatically populated into the SharePoint list.
Create an automated workflow that synchronizes data collected from the MS Form (including text, multiple-choice, and rating responses) with the SharePoint list.
Automate the process of generating reports daily using the data in the SharePoint list. The capability to generate period range reports on demand whenever they are needed.
I have samples for all required reports to be provided to the successful Candidate.

**Documentation:** . The completed projects should include clear documentation on how to use and maintain the Power Automate flow. It should include flow diagrams and flow details steps explaining the steps and code used.
**Deliverables:**
1. Fully functional Power Automate flow to update SharePoint list and create three sets of reports.
2. 2. Documentation detailing the workflow, including setup instructions and troubleshooting tips.
• Proficient in Power Automate and SharePoint integration; a demonstrated history of integrating Power Automate and SharePoint is mandatory. Solid advantages include familiarity with data types such as text responses, multiple-choice responses, and rating responses in MS Forms and experience in automated report generation.
