Though there is not much mentioned in your project description, here is our understanding of a TODO app and our bid on the same: 1. There should be an option to add tasks in TODO list 2. Should be option to edit/delete tasks 3. Should be a provision to have account wise privileges. What I mean is, tasks of one account will be accessible in all devices that run the same account. Any change in task at one device will be replicated to other devices whenever they are online. Our bid is based on these three assumptions and for Android device.
