Personal Financial Budget Planner - repost

Hi, I am looking to create a website, iphone app, ipad app, android mobile app, android tablet app. (i.e. one that works on all devices.) The site/app is all about budgeting your income and showing what's left over after the month. I wish for the site/app to have a personal details section, an income section, an expenditure section, short term debt and a mortgage details section. Personal details Income Expenditure Short term debt Mortgage details section. I'd like it to have a sign in/register section. A section where you can save your work and come back to it at a later stage. An upload/screenshot button where you upload documents onto it. i.e each person has their own profile. A transpose function only available to the moderator where all the details are sent to a data warehouse. That's basically it. I have all the project done up on excel. It's best if I show you the excel file. It will explain what i want a lot better. If you are interested / can quote me a price. please reply. I am easy to work with and straight down the line.
