Build a Skill/App for an Alexa (& Google Home device) (Read Description)

I am looking for a developer who preferably has had experience building and programming Alexa apps and skills that can be used on the Echo Dot and Echo Show and other Alexa devices in general, The following isnt what the app and skill will be, but is an example of the basic function: The Skill/App will be able to sound a reminder or alarm or sound a notification out its speakers when a selected store opens and closes where this app/skill should be able to check the opening times of a store in the location of the alexa/google home and report the opening and closing times automatically even if the opening times change. therefore the abilities of the skill should cover the ability to extract information from an online source it should provide this information based on the users location and time of year it should be able to provide notifications based on the information it gathered as described above ^ [login to view URL] Emphasis the app is to be used on both Alexa Devices and Google Home Devices but the priority is Alexa devices
