Cordova - Camera & File Upload Project - $100

I need a hybrid app (HTML5, CSS, JS) built using Cordova (no ionic) + PHP SCRIPT on server side with the following 2 functions: 1. Camera image capture and upload 2. File upload (Images and others) Create 2 buttons on the UI [Camera Image] [Upload File] Camera: - tap camera button - show camera UI - Image capture - Save to folder "xxx", using file name "[login to view URL]" - If folder does not exist, create it - upload image via PHP script - along with image, send a random 10 char string called "sessionId" - In return the PHP script should give the URL of the image on the server. - show the image location URL on the UI. Similar functionality for file upload (images + non-image files) - tap File Upload button - show file explorer (Android & IOS) - Select File - upload file via PHP script - along with file, send a random 10 char string called "sessionId" - In return the PHP script should give the URL of the file on the server. - show the file location URL on the UI. notes: Application should handle permissions appropriately, for Android 4.x, 5.x and 7.x. Permissions are different as compared to Google 6,7 Application should work well for Android and IOS Budget $100
