Cross Platform Text to Speech and Speech to Text Mobile application

Want to develop a mobile app (preferably for android & iOS) The app will be almost similar to Google Translate with enhanced features The app will be focused on "connecting differently abled people with the regular people" Should have following features: 1. Text to speech translation 2. Speech to text translation 3. Store the entire communication (in 1 & 2) in form of chat 4. Cross language translation For example: text in english should be converted to speech in spanish, hindi, german etc and vice versa 5. Prepare long time transcriptions (speech to text) which will facilitate one to transcribe the conference or lecture. 6. Should be able to share All the recorded transcriptions in form of editable text file over whatsapp, email, messaging etc 7. Provide set of sentences for particular predetermined scenarios for instant conversion to speech. This will save differently abled person’s time on typing 8. Should be able to save and reuse sentences for faster conversion to speech The developer can use any kind of api (preferably google speech api, or other aws, ibm or microsoft tools) for conversion of text to speech and reverse way. The app release date is 31st March. No delays in any case. Ideally the developer will have 25 days including weekends so it’s gonna be a tight project schedule which will need complete dedication.
