Simple MusicTech App with Very Few Functions

Hi, I am looking for one or two developers who are capable of android or hybrid app development of music software. The end products are an Android and phone app MVP which downloads, records (using mic), mixes, layers, writes, and plays mp3 files. Designers/engineers must have experience in musictech plugins and software. The flow is such that a user records a sound, selects two other .mp3/.wav files from a database, presses a button, and layered sound file is produced. The quality & levels of the mix are automatic and the same for every mix. User cannot "adjust levels" of any kind. The only user-selected option is "repeat for x time" --This is what I mean by a "few functions". The user then has the option to create and name a playlist of the user-created mixes. The back-end deliverables & functions are as follows: • Creating a database of sounds. User must be able to… - view all by file name, search, preview, and select sound files - legally temporarily download these files - permanently download an edited version of these files • Layer, stitch, and/or mix up to 4 user-selected sounds onclick - Qualities of mix need to be automatic based on volume levels of user-selected sounds - (future) Sounds may need to be automatically analyzed for quality • Store access, manage, and retrieve user-created sounds files and preset mixes • Access picture files/gallery • Play mixes while playing Spotify • Banner and interstitial ad integration The front-end features and functions are as follows: • Design for multiple devices/platforms • Retrieve sounds from a database - Requires search, display, “preview”, select and download sounds • Access to microphone and photo files/gallery • Layer, stitch, and/or mix up to 4 user-selected sounds at the click of a button • Call user-created sound files • Music player with loop button and volume toggle - Must be able to run player and Spotify simultaneously • Call and play songs in an order specified by the user • Assign a photo to a user-created mix with (future) slideshow option • Information bubble pop-ups • Integrate explanatory videos • Banner and (optional) interstitial ad integration Requirements for either: • Must be able to accept wireframes from Figma • Must be able to video chat through skype and zoom • Must have a google docs account If this is something you are interested in building and well-suited for, please send me a message.
