Write an Android application

Need to create an app for Android. It's a music playing app that will trigger play events based on time of day. The app will be used to automate music playing for a restaurant. BELOW IS A FULL DESCRIPTION, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CONTACT ME. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR LAYOUT: Playlist Watch Feature: 1) I want to create playlist, and to set a folder for it to watch. Like for example I create a morning playlist, and set it to watch a folder on called "morning music" music>morning_songs and when ever I add songs to that playlist, I want the program to automatically add that song (without having to restart the app). And when ever I remove a music, I want the program to automatically remove that song. Play Automation Feature: 1) It will play a playlist based on time of day for example I make a playlist called "Morning" and its from 8:00 - 12:00 and another Platys called "Afternoon" 12:01 - 24:00. If the time is 8:30 it will automatically play the "Morning" playlist until 12:00 then the time is 12:01 the afternoon playlist begins. I must be able to create a playlist and set the times myself as I wish. If there are no scheduled playlist, the app stops playing as soon as a scheduled playlist's time ends. 2) Always plays random, so when the time play is triggered, I want it to shuffle the playlist. This is so the songs are never the same at any one day. Volume Automation Feature: 1) I want to set for example at 8:00 set player volume to 40% then at 10:00 set it at 60%. I want to be able to set the time and volume myself. Protection: 1) To access settings of the app a password is required. Hope we can work together.
