Write an Android application

Need app similar to KiK ([login to view URL]) Need all the same functions as KiK, with a few additional features listed below. Also almost same design as kik. *Chat -Chat with people you know -Shows when user is "typing" -Shows message status (Sent, delivered, read) -Quick response: choose a preset response by a simple click. You create up to 10 -User AKA: You can add an alias to anyone's name that displays after their user name *Status -Manage your status (Busy, away, hung over, hungry, tired, lonely, happy, single, taken, etc) *Local Chat -Chat with local people based on several factors: Age, Interest, School you attend, Fav sports team, Fav Music Artist, Single Moms, Lifestyle, etc *Private Groups -Chat with multiple friends with a chat room style feel -Organize group of friends or colleagues such as: Department (Marketing, Support, Sales, etc), School Band Members, School football team, etc. -Create group icon pic, and name (can change pic and name anytime) -Can add up to 100 groups with the free version, or 1000 groups with sub groups on paid version *Public Groups -Create a public group that you moderate for up to 100 people using #hashtags. Talk about politics, region, school, work, fav celebrity/artist, and much more! *Events -Event reminders with alerts/notification (Bdays, lcoal events posted by user or admin) *Favorites -Save your top 10 people you talk to in your fav *Attachments -Send files up to 100 MB (Doc, PDF, Zip, MP3, MP4, JPEG, BNP, Gif, PPT, Apk, and more! -Easily attached a YouTube vid by adding its URL to embed into any post you send *Photo Storing -Save 5 pics that you can easily click to send a friend (save more with paid membership) *Voice Messaging -Record a message up to 2 minutes and send to a friend (up to 5 min with paid account) *Stickers *Emoticons *Photo Gallery -Share up to 10 images at a time with any user -Use your camera to take a live photo (displays as Camera icon if taken with cam) -Google Image sharing: Share images from google image quick & easy (search, select, send) *Social Sharing -Share images, pics, vids, across social media *Chat Themes -Choose one of many cool themes *Near Me -Find local ATM's, malls, shopping, restaurants, etc *Block List -Block people who annoy you, un-block at any time. -Unblock ALL or Individually option. -Can make notes on each blocked person that saves next to their name (i.e. why you blocked them etc) *Content Portal -Page to post content like vids, news, etc that all user can read and like each post *Meme Pic DB -Database of MeMe pics that you can share with friends (can send within a message like a emoticon) *Address Book Matching -Finds contacts in your phones/device address book that also has the app so you can start connecting & chatting. -View your devices address book, find a contact you want to share our app with, click on contact to send a msg with link to our app (pre-written msg with links to download app) *Rate members -Hot or Not..rate members using a thumbs up or thumbs down icon. -Hottie of the... Day, Week, Month (Will display on Ratings page in each category) -Hottie of the Day or Week is based on local users in each City -Hottie of the Month is based on overall top rated user anywhere Need a clean easy to use ADMIN backend to manage content, users, quotas, ads, etc. Need exit ads plus sm ad at bottom of screen on most screens. Develop on ionic framework to work with both iphone & android. Must write clean code that can be managed by other developers. Help setup app on new server needed also.
