From my understanding, the app needs user management to manage different users (name, phone number and other personal details) and be able to add tracking details for the user at any particular given date and time ? What kind of tracking details would you be storing ? And the details can only be sorted by tracking time ? Do you require search functionality as well to search through the data ? I advise storing all data on a MySQL database server or a local Sqlite file so that you can export it to CSV, or if you want, I can create a dropbox export integration as well (charged extra). Lastly, what data or notification you want sent by PUSH ? Regards

I have made many mobile apps for different private firms as well using all javascript and html 5. I have also used PUSH notifications before and i have experience with them.
