Write a Quick Android WebView application with source code

Hello, It is a tiny and quick project. I have tried to include links to help you in coding. I urgently need a quick and simple Android WebView App with the following description: 1. it must run on minimum Android 4.0. max on Android 7.0 both android phone and tablets 2. once opened it will automatically open js enabled url ([login to view URL]) without any address bar, refresh, etc features. 3. it will handle web page loading progress bar like ( [login to view URL] ) however the TEXT(LOADING = 74%) and TEXT(PAGE FINISHED LOADING) will not show instead only the pink color progress bar will show 4. it will auto refresh to load page again if page was not loaded properly 100% above 5. it will disable android phone back button, and tracking/capture back button press to ask/prompt user to quit(yes/no) instead. if user select yes, it will goto ([login to view URL]) if user select no, it stays on the same page. 6. it will add a "close" button on dropdown menu on top of screen to close/exit app 7. it will open page in locked landscape mode by default even if phone is locked to portrait and autorotate is off. this app can't be changed to portrait anytime. 9. it will load a custom splash screen from any dummy png file when app opens and have a have a custom app icon 10. it will block zooming options & screen fit app in 4.5 inch to 6 inch phones. if screen resolution is <1024px or screen size <4 inch or android <4.0, then alert/tell user that the app doesnt support their device. How the winning bid will be selected? Since this is very quick and simple app. I will need need to see example of any previous webview app .apk file you have created which can do the functions mentioned above. The bidder whose application .apk is very similar to the one I am looking for wins. Payment Terms: Once the winning bid is selected. I will need the coder to make all the features mentioned above in an simple .apk file for which I will pay 50% once I approve the received apk file by testing functions mentioned above. Then I will pay final remaining 50% when I receive source code of the approved .apk file and am able to run/compile it inside Android Studio(latest version) with the developers help.
