Hello I can help you with this but need more information on the algorithm which you'd like me to use to determine a 90%, 75% match. Please provide some examples so that I can better understand what you consider a match. Example: Jane Carter and Johan Carter Yields an 87% score via the PHP method I'd plan to use.
