Jewellry Management Software

Hi, We are looking for a custom Jewellry Management Software to be developed. The features of the software should be as mentioned below: 1. Invoice generation with Tax 2. Quotation Creation 3. Should be able to add Articles – Category wise & weight vice listing Eg. Category ( Ladies Ring) – Weight(1g,2g,..) 6. Mode of Payment to be added on the bill – Cash/Bank Transfer/Swipe/Metal 7. Pre-book Order/Pending Bill : • It should capture entries of the article to be purchased. • Deposit can be either Cash or Metal (Gold/Silver). • This Pre-book order detail saved should be convertible into Invoiced Bill. 8. Report generation based on Customer Id & Customer Name such that all pending bookings of the customer or pending payments from the customer are displayed. 9. Report to show the daily deposit of Cash/Metal. 10. Owner login & Manager login to be created – Link to be provided after owner login for the cash received and in the manager login for the cash given. 11. Inventory Link should have entries category vice & weight vice – No. of items sold / present in the inventory to be shown dynamically. 12. Weight Range of the articles will be 0 - 0.999 | 1 – 1.999 | 2 – 2.999 13. All the articles are to be barcoded and their details should reflect in the system once they are scanned through barcode scanner. 14. Non-Barcoded entries are to be maintained separately. 15. Option to be given for maintaining the central rate for Gold/Silver in the software. We want to know the estimated cost , timeline and technology to be used to develop this software. The software needs to run on the local server of the client.
