Needed: A Yoda to walk me (young Luke Skywalker) thru building my new Wordpress Website

I am looking for an experienced Web Designer and Copywriter who will lead me and guide me in setting up my website project. The Project: -Assist with site set up -Write content to go into the website, based on the documentation I provide and the conversations we have -Perform graphic design -Assure me that I can do this! :) The Inputs: The inputs necessary to complete this project will come from these sources: 1) I have developed a spec document with my thoughts about the requirements, design, and necessary components. This spec document includes example websites, target demographic information, goals, some copy, some formatting instructions, and necessary files, etc. 2) Conversations we have on the phone or on Skype regarding the website. I will explain what the business does, what I envision and need, and work thorugh your process to gather the information necessary for you. I expect we could easily cover everything for the Background and Requirements in a one-hour session as much is already covered in the spec document. I am willing to answer any questions and brainstorm when needed. 3) Marketing materials I send you. I have some documents with thoughts on the messaging, etc. 4) I already have the basic graphics files needed. There may be some more creation needed, but the most important elements are done. The Current Status: -I own the domain -I have set up the hosting with [login to view URL] -I have installed WordPress on the site -I have several websites that I would like to pattern this after: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] -I have graphical elements, and calls to action -I have some copy, but will need more assistance in writing the copy. I need someone trained in Web Copywriting -I have a very simple drawing of what the site could be laid out like. I have some WordPress templates picked out that are close, but nothing perfect yet. The Site: -It's not large. It has two sections. -Section One is Informational. The goal of this part of the site is two-fold A) give examples of the product and B) lead conversion -Section one has three webpages: Home page, Examples page, and Contact Us page. -Section Two is a very simple eCommerce section. This section will have a single template that is repeatable for different products. This will go through a very standard eCommerce process and should be able to be done with a commercial off-the-shelf product or plug-in. Qualifications I am looking for: -Website design and User Experience design -eCommerce set up -Experience in Web Copy -Analytics set-up experience -Basic SEO My Budget for this project is approximately $250 USD. This is a Hire Per Hour, so we would work together to establish some good milestones. To bid for this project, please include in the information you provide me: -Examples of websites you have designed -Example of copy you have written or edited. Especially if you have a "before" and "after" version. -An explanation of what services you would expect would be able to be realized with 10 hours of work. Would you be able to set up the template, and get 2 hours of copywriting in. Does the graphic design take approximately 10 hours? How much do you think you can accomplish in that time frame? -Any other qualifications you feel would be appropriate. What I'm looking for is a Yoda who can commit to helping me get going, work me through the beginning "learning curve" of getting the site set up into a good template, and establishing a base line that I can then improve upon as the business grows. This is as much a 'teaching' project as it is a 'doing it yourself' project. I will work with you to establish a timeframe that works with our schedules.
