C&R locally owns a three story building and an open free area on the second floor. The second floor in the buildings is required to have wireless network access for customers and for the employees of the company. Customers’ access is to be limited to internet access, whilst employees of the company also require access to internal systems. The internal systems include intranet web sites, email, DNS servers and accounting systems. Company employees also require access to the internal administrative systems for customer registration and payments for new electric bikes. Administrative and Marketing staff will be located on the 3rd floor of the building. The staff will be in three different departments (Administration, Engineering and Marketing). The 2nd floor used for bike showroom and 3rd floors of the building partitioned with plasterboard walls, and will incorporate four rooms of equal proportions. Two rooms used for administration department and another two rooms used for marketing department. The 1st floor used for Engineers and plant workers. Plant area required 40 terminals located in the 1st floor. Each of the administration and marketing rooms will include 10 computer terminals. There will be 150 administrative, marketing and engineering staff located in the building.
