Build a private npm library for AWS Cognito

I want to build a private npm library, that will provide AWS Cognito services. We need to do the initial work, and the initial method on the function. Right now, we can summarize the activities like these: - Build a Node ES7 library that will use AWS Cognito - The library will receive the required AWS credentials to connect to Cognito, as a constructor. - We will create one method in this delivery, and it is the Sign In functionality. - Create a Terraform template to create the AWS User Pool, three initial groups, and three initial users, each one with access to one of the previous groups. - The library must be tested with Mocha TDD. - The library must have 100% Code Coverage using Istanbul (NYC) - While it will have only one method now, it should be ready to create more methods, and what is more important, methods should be able to be chained, or used individually. If the developer or developers we hire are a good fit, we can keep working on the rest of the methods in the library, and there are a LOT of other libraries in the pipeline.
