Hi! I can design you a schematics diagram and PCB containing a microphone and RF transceiver working in sub GHz with possibility to send data in up to 4 channels to paired devices, meaning you can send the audio from 1 microphone to different sources, for example to 2 receivers. The digital audio is 16 bit and 48 kHz (CD quality) with low delay (<20ms). The current consumption would be low enough to power the device from a battery. We can discuss more details via chat.
