Photoshop design for Signs and Planets

We have the astrology site [login to view URL] and are currently doing a lot of promotion on Instagram. We want to combine images of planets and signs, which have a powdery look as if we had poured powder onto a surface to make the images. We have 12 vectors files of astrological signs and 12 vector files of planet symbols. We want each image to be treated to look like they are made of dust or powder. (For example Tibetan mandalas are made pouring powder onto a flat surface). The result will be 24 images looking as if they are made as powder, similar, but not necessarily the same as the two example images. They should be Photoshop files, which I can open in Photoshop. If I can color them with different colors, that is good, Otherwise we would like the images in the three color-codes provided (Green, Blue and Turquoise)
