38199 Custom PHP Script - Urgent!

These instructions are very detailed because we want the script to be exactly like this. We don't want a pre-built script. This must be custom. We need this as soon as possible so please help! Also when you give us a completion date it NEEDS to be accurate. This has got to be done and working without errors within 5 days. If you can get it done before that amount of time that would be even better. This script should use .php with mysql database. I need this script that allows us to manage property listings on our site. The script will need an admin panel that allows the us to add, remove, and edit the listings. The list of properties and a thumbail photo for each listing are listed on a "listings page". Then when someone clicks on a listing they get more details and additional photos for that particlular listing on the "more information page". The script will need to allow them to upload up to 10 images per listing. This script will compress the image file sizes so that if they upload a large file it is brought down in file size so that the page loads faster. The thumbnails should be generated so they load much faster then the enlarged version of the images. If there are no images uploaded for a listing a small image should display in place of the thumbnail that says " no picture available". The thumbnails should have a width of 120 pixels and the enlarged photos should have a width of 450 pixels. The height should vary based on the dimension of the photos so that they are not streched or distorted. The photos need to load fast but they still have to look good. Here are the text fields for the property listing: *Title *County *Total Acres (automatically calculates tillable acres, timber acres and crp acres) *Timber Acres *Tillable Acres *CRP Acres ( on tillable and crp fields - if there are no tillable or crp acres entered, I would like this set up to where they did not show those 2 fields) *Price *Comments (text box) This comments box must allow use to start new pargraphs on different lines. ================================= Here are the details of how the script should work and be set up: ADMIN PANEL There is no need to have a login for the admin part of the script. We need to put the admin files ( /admin/[login to view URL] ) in it's own folder so I can password protect it on the server though. The menu buttons in the admin should be: "admin index", "add a listing", "delete a listing", "edit a listing", and "view listings" The "admin index" is just a blank page that says welcome to the property listing admin panel. I would like to lay out the "add a listing" page where it will simply show the fields needed to add a listing then 10 browse boxes to add ten photos for that listing then a submit button. They fill out the fields, browse for photos, and hit submit to add the listing. Note: the first browse box will automatically be the featured image. By featured, I mean it is the image that will be the thumbnail on the general "listings" page. The "delete a listing" will simply be a page with a drop down box that they can select a title of a listing and hit submit to delete the listing. Make sure though that it not only deletes the listing off the database but also physically deletes the images files off the server for that listing. The "edit a listing" will simply be a page with a drop down box to select a title of a listing to edit. They select a title and hit submit. Then it brings up a page showing that particluar listing's details. They can from there edit the text, and replace, add to, or remove any of the images. Then they hit submit to apply it. The "view a listing" will simply be a link to the actual listings page viewed on the site. (opens in a new window) THE LISTINGS PAGE The listing page lists all of the property listings and a little of the info about them. The first image, or the "featured image" as I call it, that was submitted for a listing in the admin will be the thumbnail that displays on this page. 120 pixels would be a good width for the thumbnail. The height of the thumbnail should vary based on the dimensions of the photo submitted so that it doesn't strech or distort the images. The listings page will show 4 things for each listing: The featured thumbnail image, the title, the county, and the total acres. Also on the navigation of the listing page: Lets lay it out like this: Page: 1 2 3 4 Next ( a "Previous" link should appear if someone is navigating past page 1). Let's add 20 listings per page before it goes to page 2. Lets also make the title and the thumbnail for each listing a link to the "more information page". THE MORE INFORMATION PAGE This page will show all of the details and the images of the listing they clicked on in the listings page. The images shown on the page will be 120 pixel thumbnails and I need them to run them down on a column on either the far right side or left side of the table because they will all be 120 px wide. We could have a window that lets them click next and previous to check out that particular listings' enlarged photos if possible. If not the enlarged photos should at least open in a new window When they click on one of these thumbnails. This enlarged image should be set to be no wider than 450 pixels. This "More Information" page will also have a link back to the "listings" page. So they can go back and see the rest of the listings. THE DESIGN There should be no design for the listings page or the more information page. I can apply that later on. However, the listings and the more information pages need to display no wider than 700 pixels and center aligned on the page so it fits in the design If you like you can apply a little color or design to the admin panel but that's not required.
