**General Overview**
We use several applications that generate a information and store in several MS SQL databases. We want to consolidate all of this information into an ASP (not .NET) driven website. Note: This project will require someone to be very proficient with SQL.
**Details**
We provide managed security services to our clients. The service utilizes several security scanning and monitoring applications to ensure their security. Each application generates detailed information that we need to summarize and present to our clients to use. All data is stored in MS MSQL DB.
Each user of the portal is assigned to a location or GROUP of locations. Each location can consist of 1 or more ASSETS.
This portal will be divided into categories with subcategories:
Home - This will provide a generalized summarization of information for a location.
Assets - List of assets we are monitoring for a location with summary if asset status. Status includes up/down state, asset information and general vulnerability status.
Reporting - Section provides summarized information of the location. Reports include bandwidth usage, intrusions attempts, viruses/spyware blocked and several other reports.
Scanning - Section provides general location vulnerability information with linking to assets in the location for more detail.
Tickets - Section allows a user to create a support ticket, check the status of current support ticket and view history of tickets. Note: This system will POST new ticket form fields via XML to our CRM system. The CRM creates SQL entries that can be read by the user to check the status of the ticket.
Management System - iframe page backend web application.
Note: application must be designed so that additional categories can be added as additional services become available.
