Automated Workflow Software Solution

We are looking for an Automated Workflow Software Solution Built using Microsoft SQL and SharePoint. The solution should be web based and developed in .NET and SQL. The Workflow solution will also need an Graphical Workflow and Business Rules Engine and we are open to an Open Source Solution as long as the application is not tied to the program to much and can be switched out. **End User Module** Workflow portal -
