clickable svg widget in Qt

Start with QT4.3.4\examples\painting\svgviewer.

Modify the SvgWindow class to:

- change the mouse pointer to a Qt::PointingHandCursor whenever the mouse hovers on an active element

- send a signal returning the integer contained in the xlink:href attribute of the a tag, whenever the user single-clicks on an active element

As a test case, use the included graphviz-generated svg file.
