Need Managed C++ COM DLL example

I need an emergency request for someone to create a basic managed C++ COM/ActiveX DLL. The DLL project should be a dot net project that creates a managed C++ DOT NET DLL file in Windows Visual Studio 2003. I need to be able to call this DLL from a non-managed, normal C++ application. The DLL needs to expose one interface with several dispatch methods. An interface should conform to the interface provided in the uploaded file - The methods can all be stubbed out to do nothing except call a messagebox except I need the OpenDiagnoseOptions call to open a dialog box that has a few components in it so I can finish the DLL to what it needs to be. Since this is just an example, please make it simple, but compilable. Since it's just a simple example only, I am only looking for someone who is really good at managed C++ extensions to use the wizard and then tweak the code to conform to what I have above. I will pay immediately for this. I know it's late notice but I'm trying to get this within a day or two. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: Must contain a complete solution that will load into Visual Studio dot net 2003 and compile in C++ for DOT NET (no standard C++) using Managed C++ extensions. It must compile without errors to produce a DLL with the exported Interface outlined in the interface spec file. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). I do NOT need an installation program - just source code only. ## Platform Windows 2K, Windows XP, Visual Studio .NET 2003, Managed C++ for dot net 1.1 framework (no 2.0 framework).
