someone to give me a detailed written plan to increase traffic to sites and how to ask for what I need here at GAF

Hello, I have a site and the designers tell me that I need to create a bunch of simple "pointer" sites that are rich in content and then let them get respect by google and yahoo etc. They say 4- 5 months of just sitting there without any links. Once they have the recognition of google and yahoo (does it take 4-5 months to fool google?) I then make them point to my site which sells a product in some way related to these simple sites content. They also tell me that these simple pointer sites should continually have there content being added to to gain further respect by google. I need to know how to ask for what i truly need here at gaf and will be happy to take any other pointers you see fit. So here is what I need: 1: I need to understand the do's and dont's of these simple pointer sites to make them perform best. 2: how to decide what keywords are best for the articles or content on these pointer websites. 3: if there is any importance in picking the right words for the URL's for these pointer websites. 4: how you can tell that they are ready to be pointed to the main site. 5: write what I need to put in my "post project" requirements that will atract the right freelancers to my project and make them think I know what the hell I'm talking about (even though right now I obviously don't) (: Here is an example of 2 pointer websites and then main website they point to. pointer 1 - [login to view URL] pointer 2 - [login to view URL] Main site - [login to view URL]
