Creation of an a website with the facility to take make on-line sales. It should have a shopping cart with the facility to take all methods of payment including , but not limited to;
Credit Cards
Paypal
No-check
Account Customers ( 30 day credit customers )
Stock control should be real-time.
Ideally, the web package would be capable of linking to an accounting package ( SAGE Line 50 ) but this is not essential and so quote for with/without such a link.
Customer Contact Details..etc should also be logged and there should be a function for using this information in a CRM and Marketing Package by export of the information in csv format. If you are able to integrate this into the cart so that for example, we can search the record of orders for all customers who have bought "x" and email them - then please quote for this integration as an extra. Facility to send html newsletters using pre- designed templates also needs to be a feature for this
Number of static pages on the site - which should be capable of being updated by the administrator - about 10.
Shopping cart should cater for VAT and also shipping rates.
Gift Certificates and Coupon Codes should also be available - whereby customers with these codes or cerfiticates can get a reduced price.
If you think you can do this - then please reply asap. The timescale for this is for it to be done in the next month if possible.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
