Email Opt-in / Search functionality

I have used a dreamweaver template to create the "shell" of this website: <[login to view URL]> The shell is all the parts that are included in the current programming in the above URL (the EditRegion1 area will be the body of the site which will be changed by the client). **All of the programming is done** except the _code for the email/newsletter opt-in box and the search box_. Right now, the form fields are just placeholder images to show how I want the boxes to look. The programming needs to be added. The code for the email/newsletter signup is included in the zip file in a folder called "miscfiles" and is titled _emailoptincode.txt_. I need the coder to use this EXACT code, but customize it to fit the style and size of the area presented in the url <[login to view URL]> For the search, I want the form field and button to remain the same as the mockup shows: <[login to view URL]> However I need _the coding created to make the search functional on all pages of the site_. The search I need is very minimal - no "custom" or "advanced" search functionality is needed. Just very basic. I don't want the Dreamweaver template to be modified other than those two areas. It needs to be within the template so that the **client can take control of JUST the body of the site and not ruin/change/modify the shell**. Also included in the ZIP file are all the pages of the site along with the sliced images and code. in the MISCFILES folder there is a JPG image of the complete homepage and how it will look, along with a PSD file for the programmer to reference if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must work in all major browsers: Firefox, IE, Safari, etc. Most of the code is already created and I just want these additional features to be included in the current design and programming.
