DB and integration of ChatBlazer with Profiles, etc.

Hi, We intend to build a webcam community with profiles, extensive search options, posted video clips by members, multi language, email, IM, c2c with a Flash webcam program and the possibility for members to 'upsell' their C2C activities through their personal pages. We're looking for a PHP, SQL programmer that can create a DB and build the site. We bought a Chat prorgram from ChatBlazer that comes with IM, photochat, multiparty games and a Flash cam program. It has no DB and no profile program.
