Site Customization

i want to add the following features to a free image hosting site of mine:

1. connect the registration window to an autoresponder account so that new users go through an opt-in process when setting up new accounts.

2. provide for members to choose whether to make their albums public, the default is private.

3. provide for members to rate each others pictures (for public albums).

4. display public albums on the home page.

5. provide an option for members to report inappropriate pictures.

6. rotate images displayed on the home page.

this is **not** my site but the source code is the same.

the winning bidder as well as being a competent php and smarty templates coder **must** be familiar with the coding and operation of autoresponder services like aweber and one shopping cart.

the programmer must be proficient in english and willing to communicate as the project progresses.

the winning bid must be priced right (reasonably priced) - taking into consideration that there are inexpensive software programs that do all the above.

please indicate how long this project will take you to complete.

it should be quite quick and straight forward for someone who knows what they are doing.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
