Pages designed in html are needed for our new project. The main purpose of this application is allow our scouts to enter information about new customers in our database. In the future our application will be extended, we will have more roles and functions for that roles. By now we need all required pages designed in html so we can start implement the workflow. What we have is only simple design of the pages written on the paper. So the designer should implement it in a good, nice looking style. If designer will think that other configuration of pages is better, its ok, we should just discuss it first Also all links on the pages should follow to another html pages. We will provide navigation flow in the document so the designer can do that. All html should not contain inline style, all style functionality should be implemented in css file. We expecting that after finishing this project the designer can continue work with new project based on the designed template. Please review attached document
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

IE, but its would be better to have it working for all primary browsers (Firefox, Opera, etc)
