Web page with specific calendar data base (repost)

I need a very simple web site built for our music business. I need a calendaring database (I guess) so that a student can go in and sign up for a make-up day. The only thing is that we are only offering Saturdays between 10am-12pm in half hour increments. We would need it to be really clear, showing the current month, which Saturday and perhaps option to sign up the following month. This has to be REALLY simple for the user, private and allows only us the moderator to delete or change once an appointment has been set. It would be nice if we were notified by email each time a student sets an appointment. To be clear, there is no existing website. There would need to be a simple home page built and an option to go to the calendaring page to sign up for lessons on Saturdays. -there should be an option to sign up on the full month of Saturdays and the following month if possible. - the calendaring page must require username & password - the day with the available slots should show available or not available with blocked out spaced (verses showing the name of the student, for privacy). -Ideally, I would like a reminder email to out to the student and to me once they signed in -- is that too much to ask? This should be an easy task for someone who is excellent with PHP and MySql. Your professional input is appreciated. I would like the site to be fully functioning and posted by Feb 10th or sooner. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs Internet access?
