Power Point presentation w/ Animation

I have a power point presentation that i want flash animation added to including movies. the enclosed power point is just a rough draft of a power point that is used to give you a basic indication of what i want. this will be changed a bit. some slides added and modified and the design changed and made better. If you are interested in the job, i will send some follow up documents that will give you a better idea of the style i want. I am looking for someone with DEMONSTRATED experience in designing presentations. I need it to be quick-loading, not the first page, but clicking from page 1 to page 2, page 2 to 3, page 3 to 4, and so on. Must have IM as communication is very important to me, and time is critical. please let me know how long it would take you to complete from when you have the final documents you need. thank you Please read attached specs for details and rough draft presentation. I will want the background to be redesigned using a different color scheme and format. from slide 3 to slide 4 i want the People cirle to zoom in from the background, all the way around until all 10 circles are shown as in slide 5. After they're all there, I want to be able to click on the People circle and go to slide 6. But I want slide 6 to zoom up quickly to the foreground and slide 5 to minimize and still be shown on the top left. But i want a sleak design that will make this look good. Same thing with the next slide. I want to click on team and have that zoom up quickly to the foreground and the people slide to zoom back to the top left. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
