30 second video (m4v) and (swf) clip

Design and develop a 30 second flash video ad. This ad will need to be delivered in three file formats: 1. SWF for web viewing 2. M4V for iPod viewing 3. 3GPP for cell phone viewing The first two files are the most important. There is inexpensive software to viert a flash file into the later two formats. It's quick and easy. The swf file should have player controls (play, stop, pause, rewind, fast forward). Ads may include logos, graphics, audio (some supplied by us). Graphic design is expected to be done by designer. Background music and company logos would be supplied by us. The design should be creative, yet simple as our costs must remain extremely low because of the volume we intend to produce. VERY IMPORTANT: We need absolute rock bottom bids!!!! Why? Because as our volume of clients grow we intend to have the designer or designers creating HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS these kinds of ads every month!!!!! Therefore, our costs must remain low so as to keep the cost to the consumer low. Thank you all for your excellent responses thus far and I hope this update has clarified the project and our objectives. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
