Adjustments to a Wordpress Template and some plugin support

We have a wordpress template and need it adjusted to our needs. The template looks like this... [login to view URL] Our current website is [login to view URL] We are looking into switching from a [login to view URL] account to an externally managed [login to view URL] system. We require you to: - adjust the design slightly (logo etc), assistance with menus/drop-downs, assistance with moving parts of the theme around. - create a set of buttons, fonts, links, header settings consistent with the theme to be used in blog posts and other areas of the site. - blog posts are split between normal blog posts (which are posted daily and appear on the home page and as normal pists) and publications. There 2 publications which need separate sections on the site. - publications are posted twice a week as 2 separate posts ("pocket rocket" & "fast update"). Each publication will have 5-10 articles in one blog post. A template will need to reflect this. The 2 publications needs to have separate menus/sections of the site and not show up in the blog posts section on the home page. - create an additional plugin/template (same design) however with set inputs/fields (ie. location, distance, date, etc) as well as a gallery/map and the ability to have an advertising banner across the top of the page. (sort of like an event page, but no calendar or expiration, don't want it to use an existing wordpress event plugin) - this will be used to add many "events" - allow users to interact with the site using their facebook/social media profiles, such as comment, add photos to the events pages (mentioned above), like/rate/vote/comment on events, like photos, share links and blog posts to social media, respond to opinion polls. - link to subscribe to our mail chimp mailing lists (this looks good - [login to view URL]) - we have 2 publications and there needs to be 2 separate check boxes to give users the option to subscribe to either one. - export/import the content from [login to view URL] to our new site - create a mobile-theme consistent with the design, however simplified to feel like an app (important!) - we don't want the site looking squashed on mobile devices - most of our users are mobile, so this will be an important part of the project.
