You must create a programme, using a programming language of your choice, that can do the following:\r\n\r\n1. Accept two command line arguments. The first is the name of a file containing the results that need to be evaluated for a set of queries. The second is \r\n the set of relevance judgements. The format of these files is given below. The files to use for this assignment will be attached to this post, although your \r\n work should be able to access any file in this format other that the one\\\'s attached in this post.
