Web interface for orders input and monitoring(repost)

We want build web based module that will be the interface of enterprise system and will allow our customers input and following-up their orders for optical glasses orders in our enterprise system. The customer will input his order and will be allowed to see in what operation and status his order is now. The system will also provided with visual glasses planning interface that will allow to customer input glasses model and parameters in visual way. Let call visual glasses planning interface - VGPI. We also want give to our customer a little extra - allow him manage his customers - let's call them buyers. The more detailed description in attached word file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We have an SQL server (MSSQL 2000) installed on SBS 2003 server. We also have Apache Internet server installed on Red Hat (Linux) and prefer using existing technologies. We think that Java technology is the best development platform for this project. The provided solution must work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (5,6)
