Need graphic / polygon search feature for google maps

This project is for a freelancer who is already very comfortable with the google maps API... I'm pretty sure this script already exists out there, but I'm having a hard time finding it and, so this may be *VERY* easy money for the right provider, but since I know this, I truly am not expecting to pay more than $30 for this project! Basically, what I want is that I have a database of addresses (and I can also have it contain each address' latitude and longitude values) and I want to be able to: - Draw a set of polygon regions on a google map (search regions) - Have the script search my database for only addresses that fall within these polygons - Display these filtered results both on a map and also to have a way of getting all the other fields for these results from the database. I basically need the script that will do this so I can include it into a larger search script I have going. PLEASE only bid if you are **CERTAIN** you can do this. If you already have a script that can do this (or know where I can find it online), send me a link to a sample of this being done, if it does what I want, I'll put $30 into escrow, you then send me the script and I'll release the funds to you...
