Stylize Joomla template to match design

We need someone to stylize our Joomla site to match a Photoshop design. A jpg of the design is attached, home page and interior page. We have already installed the template and set up the content which is here: triadtestsite [dot] com/asi/ The banner image should use the s5 image set rotator that is included with the template. This is mostly CSS work, changing colors and backgrounds to match the design. Where possible use the built in template options, instead of editing the core template files. This template allows a lot of flexibility in module positions and layout, so you should not need to edit any php code. The font should be similar to what is in the design. Again, this can be changed from within the template options and you should not need to edit any php files. This template is a responsive design, so make sure that your updates look good in different window sizes. Thanks and let me know if there are any questions about the project.
