Duplicate GoToWebinar (with some changes)

I'm looking for a programmer to help me duplicate the functionality of GoToWebinar. The core components: 1. Screen and audio recording software for the presenter, including a chat box to interact with audience members. It needs to work on both PCs and Macs. While everything is recording, the software will need to upload the stream to the server LIVE. 2. In order to make the bandwidth efficient, I'm guessing we'll need to have a video encoder as well, maybe included with the screen recorder or maybe on the server. 3. Video streaming. We will need to stream the recorded audio and video to audience members LIVE. Probably the easiest way to do it is to have a separate page for every webinar and stream it to everyone on the page. And we'll need a chat box on the page as well. 4. A CMS to manage all the different webinars, audience members, moderators, presenters, and so on. I'd like it to integrate into something like Drupal, if possible. Unlike GoToWebinar, I do NOT want to give people the option of listening by phone. At least, not at first. That makes the application dramatically more complicated. With this, all we need to do is record the screen, upload the stream to the server, and then stream it out to audience members. Much simpler. Here's what I'm looking for in applicants: - VERY experienced with video streaming technologies, PHP, MySQL, C++, and developing in a Linux environment. It would be great if you have experience with customizing a CMS as well, but it's not required. I can hire someone else to do that or even do it myself. - An EFFICIENT programmer. In some cases, we'll have 1,000+ audience members, so encoding the video and streaming it properly is key. - A proven worker with lots of feedback here at Freelancer - You take PRIDE in your work, making a polished product with documented code, as few bugs as possible, and delivering a great user experience.
