Adult member site with special security and blocking features

I have 40-50 exclusive videos of South American models in solo and B/G scenes. Plus hundreds of photos. I also have the skills to design myself. What I do not have and need is this: - A professional, functional, smooth adult website. No problem if it's build on a template you already have. - Fully customizable, easily updatable (preferably done in some CMS, which one not so important, I would take it you create an admin panel) - Only streaming videos, need a super player on a host that can stream fast and safely (included in the project) - Set up of membership administration, sign-up and credit card processing. - Members should be able to comment all videos and photos as well as in a simple members forum. - Members able to sign in and watch material that was online when their membership ran out for one year after their membership has run out. All the above is pretty standard. I am sure you have a template for this can be altered for this site very quick. Here are a few special features I need - and this is why I need someone skilled who can do more than just update an existing template: - Complete block in two specific countries. - Complete block of all IP hider programs and all VPN's and VSO's. - Anti-piracy security on streaming videos in the shape of member ID stamps on videos, this can be done in your own suggested way or it can be done as described in this link: [login to view URL] (this to prevent the only piracy option left when all IP-blockers, VPN's and VSO's have been blocked, which would be direct and real time screen grabbing. By inserting semi-transparent member name and ID at a number of random frames and locations throuighout the long stream, this should prevent piracy. Take a look again at the link above. It has some very interesting methods for security and anti-piracy. All in all, what I need produced is a website where the videos are only streamed (not downloaded) and where it is impossible to get those videos copied. They can never end up at any tube site since models have been promised that the material is only available on this website - which is blocked in their country. I need an end result that I can easily manage and update. The agreed feed will be paid on time and in full providing delivery of satisfactory, professional work.
